Logarithmic Derivatives
Derivatives of ln(x), ln(2x), and the natural log that this site writes as log(x).
The natural logarithm ln(x) is the inverse of e^x, so its derivative is 1/x. A constant factor inside the log usually cancels: ln(2x) = ln 2 + ln x, and the constant vanishes, leaving the same 1/x. On this calculator log(x) means the natural log, matching the engine. Base-10 log is log10(x), whose derivative divides by ln(10). These rules sit next to the exponential derivatives and the chain rule.
